Opposition by Jennifer L Armentrout

Summary Katy knows the world changed the night the Luxen came. She can't believe Daemon welcomed his race or stood by as his kind threatened to obliterate every last human and hybrid on Earth. But the lines between good and bad have blurred, and love has become an emotion that could destroy her—could destroy them all. Daemon will do anything to save those he loves, even if it means betrayal. They must team with an unlikely enemy if there is any chance of surviving the invasion. But when it quickly becomes impossible to tell friend from foe, and the world is crumbling around them, they may lose everything— even what they cherish most—to ensure the survival of their friends…and mankind. War has come to Earth. And no matter the outcome, the future will never be the same for those left standing. My Review I LOVE the Lux series and I was so sad to hear that this was going to be the last book in the series. These books are just so much fun to read, you never get bored! So much action goes on in this book. I LOVE Katy and Daemon. I'll be re-reading this series very soon for sure! 5 out of 5 stars.

The Summer I Turned Pretty trilogy by Jenny Han

Summary Belly measures her life in summers. Everything good, everything magical happens between the months of June and August. Winters are simply a time to count the weeks until the next summer, a place away from the beach house, away from Susannah, and most importantly, away from Jeremiah and Conrad. They are the boys that Belly has known since her very first summer--they have been her brother figures, her crushes, and everything in between. But one summer, one terrible and wonderful summer, the more everything changes, the more it all ends up just the way it should have been all along. My Review I LOVED To All the Boys I've Loved Before so I was excited to start reading this trilogy. I like Jenny Han's writing, when I started this book it started a little slow for me at the beginning of the book, I didn't really warm up to the main girl character Belly but I really liked the boys characters exspecially Conrad. After a good few pages went by it stared picking up for me and I think that was mainly due to where the storyline was going. I ended it up giving this book 4 out of 5 stars. My Review on It's Not Summer Without You. I didn't like this book as much as The Summer I Turned Pretty Belly was really annoying me throughout this book I end up giving this book 3 out of 5 stars My Review on We'll Always Have Summer. This book really picked up I think this is my favourite book out of the trilogy I like it were it was going with the characters. I liked it how you was trying to find out who Belly ended up with. I gave this book 4 out 5 stars.

The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

Summary The circus arrives without warning. No announcements precede it. It is simply there, when yesterday it was not. Within the black-and-white striped canvas tents is an utterly unique experience full of breathtaking amazements. It is called Le Cirque des Rêves, and it is only open at night. But behind the scenes, a fierce competition is underway: a duel between two young magicians, Celia and Marco, who have been trained since childhood expressly for this purpose by their mercurial instructors. Unbeknownst to them both, this is a game in which only one can be left standing. Despite the high stakes, Celia and Marco soon tumble headfirst into love, setting off a domino effect of dangerous consequences, and leaving the lives of everyone, from the performers to the patrons, hanging in the balance. My Review Everything is so magical the writing is beautiful and so imaginative. There's great character development. I couldn't put this book down. Oh and I loved Marco!! Gave the Night Circus 5 out of 5 stars I also think this would become a great film ;)

Lobsters by Lucy Ivison and Tom Ellen

Summary Sam and Hannah only have the holidays to find 'The One'. Their lobster. But instead of being epic, their summer is looking awkward. They must navigate social misunderstandings, the plotting of well-meaning friends, and their own fears of being virgins for ever to find happiness. But fate is at work to bring them together. And in the end, it all boils down to love. My Review I LOVED this book. It was amazing, I loved all the characters and enjoyed the story. This book had my laughing out loud. The characters are adorable you can really relate them, I just wanted to be friends with them. This books just made me so happy, it's also perfect for summer, but of course you don't have to read it in the summer. Just read it! I recommend it to anyone! I gave this book 5 out of 5 stars.
